Movie night


We're starting a campaign of journalism based movie screenings to get people to be more aware of the Sheaf. Turnout was low, but certainly not because of my advertising. This shit is awesome.

election coverage

As I watched the pre-election debates a few weeks ago, I was struck by just how vindictive and blood thirsty the other party leaders were. Their relentless attacks on Harper only succeeded in belittling their points, while he came away the wounded martyr.
Being not at all aligned towards his politics, I was surprised at my own empathy for the guy. So when my editor approached me about doing an election cover, I knew exactly what to do.
